I haven’t ordered my avocado charger yet as I find it disappointing that the shipping is the same amount as the charger itself. How can it be $9.99 to ship something that probably weighs an ounce???
My charger quit working after about six months and the Care team was amazing to replace it. No charge even though I threw it away. You’re an amazing wonderful customer service will order another toy soon.
Somehow misplaced the charger to my lemon and couldn't find it anywhere. Called for help and they walked me through the options (apparently there are two different types of chargers for the same product) and got it over to me. They also really nicely helped me on shipping since I had some complications. Fabulous customer service (thank you Momo) and here's hoping you move to a single type of charger for all, ideally one that doesn't rely on weak magnets.
My lemon arrived and the charging cable didn’t work. I contacted the team and they sent out a new one straight away. Once it arrived I could get going with my now toy and oh boy I was not disappointed. Don’t delay just go with it
