I had received the lemon and was very disappointed, the customer service team was incredible they sent a new device since I wasn’t happy with that one… (now they did accidentally send another lemon) but on the next try they sent the uno like I had asked and it’s perfect and has become the one I pick most!
I was looking for something to enhance our intimacy and uno was just the ticket. Dual purpose as it is enjoyed by both my husband and I together as well as individually. The only draw back is that I use coconut oil as a lubricant and the directions suggest not using oil on it, I don’t follow the directions but I am very conscious of cleaning it right away after use so we’ll see … love it regardless!
